Routine: Body Blade (Warmup)
The foundational routine I use the Body Blade for, warming up the arm.
The following video does a good job demonstrating how to utilize the Body Blade as part of your arm warmup routine. You can also us it as an arm care routine for post throwing.
THIS IS ALSO A GREAT OPTION FOR POSITION PLAYERS.
Tip: Notice that each motion focuses on stabilization first then proceeds into movement after its been established. You can modify or add any movement that you believe will be beneficial for you. For example, if you feel weakness at any point in your delivery, you can mimic the weakest points in your range with the body blade. Just makes suree you establish stability first, then add movement.
